Customer Service Professional

O'Daniel Automotive Group has been in business for over 40 years serving the Fort Wayne Community.  Because of our recent growth we are looking to add 3 customer service representatives to our team.  Looking for a candidate that" LOVES" making our customers happy.  Our team is filled with high energy people with the willingness to put the customer's needs first.  

Requirements:  

•  Must possess the ability to work closely with diverse groups of people including company employees at all levels, customers, and suppliers. 

•  Must possess strong relationship building and customer management skills, focusing on serving our customers' needs. 

•  Ability to understand, recognizes, and uncovers sales opportunities. Possess the ability to address customer needs. 

•  Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Must have a valid driver's license and pass all security and background checks 

•  Ability to professionally answer inbound calls and respond to emails 

•  Flexible schedule 

•  Self-motivated, with a passion for serving clients, and above all integrity.
