Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) has announced their 2016 Mazda Drive for Good Event. Lasting until January 3, 2017, the company vows to allow customers and potential owners to give back to those in need by test driving, buying, or leasing a new Mazda. Mazda has agreed to give back one hour of volunteer work to a local charity for every test drive. For customers who buy or lease a new Mazda, Mazda will donate $150 to a select national or local charity of the consumer’s choice.

Mazda has teamed up with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, American Red cross, American Heart Association, and the Mazda Foundation (USA), Inc. Mazda Dealer Marketing Groups have been given the opportunity to partner with local non-profit organizations, allowing customers to select an organization within their community. Customers can access more information through Mazda’s Drive for Good webpage: MazdaUSA.com/drive4good. The webpage allows owners of a new Mazda to donate directly through the site and check up on the overall progress of the event.

Mazda has donated more than $13 million to charities across the country and has also given more than 195,000 hours of service to charities. For Mazda this campaign has given back to the less fortunate and has created a ripple effect across the country developing a community entirely of its own.

Keep this in mind next time you head to your local dealership—and consider Mazda, Drive for Good.
