It’s that time of the month again—we’re here to commemorate another employee anniversary! Adam Heiser has proved himself as a valued employee, and we caught up with him in order to recognize that important fact. As a Sales Professional at the O'Daniel Automotive group, Adam is committed to excellence in the industry. He plays a crucial role in helping customers find their perfect vehicle.
This past year has been full of opportunities for Adam. When asked about his work style, he explained to us that, “I want the customer to have a fun and enjoyable experience … I have tons of interaction with them.” Not only does a job in sales offer plenty of opportunities to work with customers, but it also provides a lot of freedom. Adam admitted that this independence was one of the one of the main reasons he decided to go into the automotive industry. Of course, we're glad you chose O’Daniel's for that!
Another fun fact? He’s a Fort Wayne native. After attending Carroll High School, Adam went on to study at Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. When he’s not helping customers find their dream car, he also has plenty of hobbies. Between golfing, camping, and spending time with his family, Adam truly does it all!
