This month, Nick Whitworth is celebrating his first year at O’Daniel Mazda—hopefully, the first of many! Since his start at O’Daniel Mazda, Nick explained that he no longer feels nervous about his job, but is eager for the first time in his life to go to work each day.
Customer service is not only Nick’s background, but what he loves to do. “I love the fact that every day and situation are different and I get the chance to help people in making an important decision.” He also went on to explain his success: “If you are honest with your customers and provide a great experience to the best of your ability, they will come back and continue to support you—I 100% believe that.” Being concerned with the customer's interests and helping to guide them in their car buying decision has become a passion for Nick.
When asked who has influenced his life the most, Nick answered that it was his father, “because he instilled a strong work ethic in me. He has his own business and inspires me to focus on my career and build upon that.” Nick wanted a change of pace and now has a career he loves. “I’m treated well here, and I feel valued—I look forward to a long career here.”
Outside of O’Daniel Mazda, you will find Nick enjoying the outdoors, exercising, hiking, mountain biking, and camping. Originally from Louisiana, he became a Fort Wayne transplant fifteen years ago.
