The New & Improved 2018 Mazda6

Mazda returns this year with improvements to the brand’s sports sedan, the Mazda6. The Mazda6 has undergone numerous design changes to bring Mazda into the new year. Mazda fans can look forward to the classic look of the Mazda6 with advancements that put it at the top of its class.


The Mazda6 comes in five updated styles: the Sport, the Touring, the Grand Touring, the Grand Touring Reserve, and the Signature. The Sport style includes a 2.5L SKYACTIV-G 4-cylinder engine, 35 EPA-estimated highway MPG, and 5 passenger seating. The Touring model provides the same great features as the Sport but with 19” aluminum alloy wheels. The Grand Touring option includes a 250-horsepower 2.5T Dynamic Pressure Turbo 16-valve 4-cylinder engine for consumers who want extra power while they drive. The Grand Touring Reserve and Signature models also include the advanced 2.5T engine, getting an estimated 31 highway MPG. With all of the updated options for the Mazda6, any customer is sure to find their perfect fit.

The interior and technology options of the Mazda6 also vary depending on the model, but all styles received multiple enhancements for 2018. The Mazda6 Signature model includes luxury Nappa leather-trimmed sports seats, Sen Wood door and dashboard trim, and a frameless auto-dimming review mirror. Its new technology includes a 360-degree View Monitor, as well as front and rear parking sensors for safety. The Mazda6 Grand Touring Reserve includes an 8-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support and heated rear seats in addition to its full-color active driving display with traffic sign recognition. The Grand Touring model provides heated power side mirrors with auto-dimming capabilities and a leather-wrapped steering wheel for ultimate comfort. It also includes technological advancements such as its Bose Centerpoint 2 Surround Sound audio system with 11 speakers. The Touring model includes rain sensing windshield wipers, power moonroof, and a keyless entry system. The Sport feature includes LED headlights, push button start capabilities, and Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio streaming for people always on the go.
