Mazda has unveiled the pricing and packaging details for the highly anticipated 2025 CX-70, marking the brand's entry into the mid-size two-row crossover SUV segment. With a focus on sporty design, spacious interiors, and Mazda's renowned driving dynamics, the CX-70 aims to cater to the needs of active and engaged customers in North America.

The CX-70 lineup offers three electrified powertrain options, including two variants of the e-Skyactiv G 3.3L Inline 6 Turbo with 48-volt M-Hybrid Boost, and an e-Skyactiv PHEV. All models come standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission and i-Activ all-wheel drive (AWD), ensuring optimal performance and traction across various driving conditions. The Mazda Intelligent Drive Select (Mi-Drive) system offers selectable modes such as Sport, Off-Road, and Towing or EV modes, depending on the model, enhancing versatility and driving experience.

Designed to enhance utility, connectivity, and comfort, the CX-70 features innovative amenities such as remote-folding rear seats and a rear cargo area optimized for storage. Modularity here is key; the same car that easily hauled a family's luggage can also transform to fit more passengers. Standard integration of Alexa Built-in allows for hands-free commands, reducing driver distraction and improving convenience.

The CX-70 boasts a striking design both inside and out, with a diverse color palette and upscale interior options, including tan and red upholstery. The exterior design is accentuated by unique styling elements, such as black chrome accents and alloy wheels, while the interior offers premium materials and advanced infotainment features.

Safety is a top priority for Mazda, and the CX-70 comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of i-Activsense safety features, including Smart Brake Support, Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Keep Assist, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, among others. Higher trim levels offer additional driver assistance technologies, such as Front Cross Traffic Alert and Emergency Lane Keeping, further enhancing safety and peace of mind for occupants.

Overall, the 2025 Mazda CX-70 sets a new standard in the crossover SUV segment, offering a compelling combination of performance, versatility, and advanced features. With its electrified powertrain options, spacious interior, and refined design, the CX-70 is poised to make a significant impact in the market upon its release.
