Conquer more terrain on less fuel by choosing one of two powertrains. The base model features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 155 horsepower and 150 pound-feet of torque matched to a six-speed manual transmission. Not a bad option. Seeking a little more power? Choose the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 184 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque paired with a six-speed automatic transmission for a higher kick. Both engine choices have been specially engineered by Mazda, and are built to rival hybrid and diesel alternatives.
