Over the past six months, the O'Daniel Automotive Group has been awarding O'Daniel Excellence Awards to people who have shown excellent customer service and positive contributions to their community. The O'Daniel Group has given away at least 18 awards to nurses, servers, and police officers, the list goes on. These are people that have been nominated by someone who feels they deserve the recognition for their hard work, or care, in the community.
Twice a month the O’Daniel's pick a winner from the nominees and presents them with a trophy and prizes, with TV and social media recognition. This is the O'Daniel’s way of giving back to the community and showcasing the incredible people who do so much in the service of other people. Each winner has a story and a special place in the lives of the people they help.
One winner, Benjamin Zubke — store manager at the Southtown Walmart — was nominated by a woman named Michele. She had high praise for Ben: “Mr. Zubke is committed to providing the very best retail experience for customers.” The O’Daniel Group shares in this desire to provide incredible customer service and stories like Ben’s are what motivate them to award the O'Daniel Excellence Award each month.
The O’Daniel Automotive Group takes customer service seriously and this award truly does find the people that go for the stars and demand the best.

To some it's just a job, but to others it's a chance to help make a difference. To help people and the communities they serve.
