In its newer generation of vehicles, the team at Mazda has started to use a design philosophy named Kodo, which takes inspiration from the predators in nature. With the 2017 CX-3 it’s no different, using clean lines and powerful curves to emulate a fierce character, the CX-3 embodies a predator in motion.

The fourth generation Mazda MX-5, in most circles known as the Miata, has come a long way since its first generation. Throughout the years it’s kept the same delightful characteristics instilled in the previous generations. The Miata is favorably known for its lightweight frame, great driving dynamics, and overall fun to drive package it provides for drivers.

Over the past six months, the O'Daniel Automotive Group has been awarding O'Daniel Excellence Awards to people who have shown excellent customer service and positive contributions to their community. The O'Daniel Group has given away at least 18 awards to nurses, servers, and police officers, the list goes on. At a time when many car brands are coming into their own, Mazda delivers power, refinement, and beauty in their most recent lineup. With the Mazda3 and MX-5 Miata receiving accolades for their performance and design, the CX-9 has joined the ranks of the great by placing on Car and Driver magazine’s first-annual 10Best Trucks and SUVs list.

 

 

 

 

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has rated three Mazda vehicles in 2017. The “Top Safety Pick+” awardees are the Mazda CX-3 subcompact crossover SUV, Mazda3 compact sedan, and the five-door midsize Mazda6 family sedan. Vehicles must go through a variety of evaluations like small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, and head restraint tests along with crash prevention.

 

Mazda Motor Corporation has announced that they will offer the SKYACTIV-D 2.2 clean diesel engine in the brand-new Mazda CX-5. The announcement came earlier this year at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The offer will be available in North America in the second half of 2017. The SKYACTIV-D 2.2 will be Mazda’s first diesel engine model offered in North America.
